Paul's Ridge

We toured into Elfin Lakes on the marked winter route. Saw a size 1-1.5 skier triggered loose wet avalanche on NW aspect 35 degree slope. Also noticed larger (size 2) naturals on SW aspect of Opal Cone and size 1.5 naturals on SE aspect of Gargoyles and Columnar. Compression test results show easy progressive collapse at 20cm down on crust (CTE4) and (CTE2)
