Rode the north east side of Cheops Mt down hourglass run. Dug a pit at treeline on the north east facing, two crusts approx 30cm and 60cm down with some fresh snow on top. Snow was fairly stable under compression test. Snow started to break free on a CTH test around tap 4. Some minor sluffing on the surface with fresh snow. Overall amazing day
Snow conditions were: Deep powder. Weather conditions were: Cloudy. We rode: Open trees. We avoided: Alpine slopes, Convex slopes. Riding quality was amazing.
