French creek avalanche and cracking

On March 29th a group doing avalanche training at Hogarth lakes triggered a size 1 avalanche just above french creek. The group stepped into the depression lookers left of the small slope. A large crack shot up and triggered the slide. The group was well clear and no one was caught or affected by the slide. On March 31st another group was out observing the avalanche and had a large settlement that caused big cracks to form about 100 meters down from the original slide.
