Torpy Cabin Flats

<p>Sledded around the Torpy Cabin for a few hours. Conditions were very deep. Significant amount of snow coming down and very strong easterly winds. Storm snow was very reactive and would often fracture when disturbed on low angle slopes. </p>

Mellow slopes, Open trees.

Terrain Avoided

Alpine slopes, Convex slopes, Steep slopes.

Avalanche Conditions

30cm + of new snow, or significant drifting, or rain in the last 48 hours.

Snow Conditions

Crusty, Deep powder.

Weather Conditions

Cold, Stormy, Windy.
