Avalanches: We saw a few size 1 windslabs in main bowl, north aspects, alpine, but surprisingly little activity given conditions
Snowpack: We dug a series of hasty pits at treeline in cabin rolls and morning bowl area, and had no significant shears in the top meter, nor did we find any buried surface hoar below the 15cm of storm snow from friday. The forecast grossly overestimated storm snow values. Snow surface was moist and heavy to treeline, suspect freezing level into alpine
