Went for a jaunt up Pocaterra ridge. Thin snowpack in alpine (30 cms fist on rock) . 2600 meter and below we were seeing average 20 up to 30 of fist on a very supportive crust. Best skiing was sheltered terrain features and gully’s. temps were mild and steady over the day. Some powder to ski under the headwall on fans. Travel was good except for track into the basin.
