Commonwealth Lake/Pigs Back

Skied to the saddle at Pigs Back via Commonwealth Lake and back. Variable wind throughout the day, stronger winds at saddle. Light snow for the majority of the day. Snowpack was variable, 5-10cm of powder on wind slab in more open areas, up to ~40cm on top of slab in more protected areas. Some avalanche debris evident in bowl on SW side of Pigs Back (NE slope of Pigs Tail), but hard to see details due to low visibility.
