Skiied Hidden Lake area today, and headed back out via Geronimo Bowl. Snow from this weekend was still dry powder in N- NE aspects about 15cm on top of icy crust. Later in the day we skied Geronimo Bowl, which had gotten significantly more sun. Top pitch still had relatively unconsolidated snow and was “dust on crust”, and the lower pitch was quite slabby and slid easily on the crust underneath. We triggered two slabs up to size 1 that ran the length of their feature. (10-15cm crowns, ran on MF crust)
Small slabs (0.5-1) that ran the length of their feature. Noticed slab like properties 3/4 down run. This aspect got a lot of sun today
