Bull Mountain

Went to check out bull mountain after snow this week but wind has blown most of it away leaving an icy crust and only very small patches of wind packed snow.

Snowpack has 2 crust layers at the top. One at surface with 1 cm of new snow on top and one 16cm down. Lower crust layer appears to be starting to bond as breaks were uneven and only with significant force. No propagation with ECT. Had a failure at the ground layer in one column test. Bottom 60cms all sugar snow.
