Slowly starting

It’s definitely early, but there’s a decent base starting already out there! Went partway up Powder King and messed around in some willow choked creek draw. There’s about 60-70 cm of snow, with 20-30 cm new powder from the last storm cycle overtop a crust, then a mix of crusts and facets to ground. The new NW wind is blowing snow around, and we saw little pockets of wind slab, but nothing serious below tree line. Overall was nice to get out and encouraging to have first turns on Nov 5!
