Quick report

Cracking

Collapsing

6th rider to drop in out of a group of 6 total, 4 of which took the same run with no avalanche activity. Snow had obvious texture at the top of the run and felt slightly stiff under feet. No burials or injuries to report. Rider was able to react quickly and self arrest to the riders left of the slide, without being caught, and safely ride down. Bed surface snow was very firm upon ride down after the slide had settled. Surrounding terrain had quite variable snow quality due to the wind scouring and loading that occurred in the area.
