The upper section of H1 was heavily wind loaded with what appeared to be a very large weak layer under. Perhaps triggering would be more difficult but if it went it would be a ton of snow cracking around you. We dug a pit in the lower section before the convex and found a weak layer. Shovel test showed nothing. However a pit and a jump on top upslope destabilized the entire section and it dropped out and propagated about a couple feet. Be wary if you travel those isolated exposed wind affected areas.
