Quick report
Today I took the sled from Gold Creek up to Microwave Hill to get a look at the snowpack in the eastern part of the Snoqualmie Pass zone. I am glad I decided to take the fan-cooled sled out, because what started as patchy snow quickly became all pavement before I hit consistent snow as you climb the hill away from the flats. To my surprise, as I rounded a corner, there was a truck coming down the snow-filled road toward me, rutting up the trail for everyone that followed.
A firm surface crust existed on slopes that got moist on Saturday and then froze overnight. It started to break down throughout the morning.
I was able to confirm the existence and further track our weak layers of concern in the eastern part of the zone. I also observed natural wet loose activity on sun-exposed slopes.

Snowpack
NE 4873': HS=155, 2/13@117, 2/7@112.
ECTN23 on the 2/13. PST 43/100 END on the 2/13
SW 4330': HS=57, 2/7@27, 2/13 not found
ECTP21 on the 2/7, very subtle crust exists @ 37cm
In both locations, facets were found above the 2/7, which is burly and strong. No real concern below.
Buried SH was found at the 2/13 in the northerly pit.
Avalanche
There was one sizable slab avalanche on a south facing slope near Hi and Lo Box Peaks. Otherwise, wet loose activity was observed.
