Quick report
Thin conditions in the lower elevations of Icicle! Measured 37cm snow depth at approximately 3,900ft elevation on Eightmile road. Top 17cm was pleasant to ski on in lower angle terrain. This layer sits on top of a few cm thick layer of firm crust, found at approx 20cm depth. Observed some surface hoar in cold shady areas near creeks. Saw signs of past tree bombs on solar aspects. Rocks, logs, and other obstacles were the primary concern due to a thin snowpack.
