Digging Pits and ski cutting. Last storm started with graupel after a period of sun and wind so we suspected to see some activity at that layer. 3 pits and ECTs all broke to the top of the depth hoar layer (ECTP 26, ECTP26, ECTP12 on shallower pit). Ski cutting produced nothing but loose dry, though we suspect large slides may be triggered by finding the right trigger point like we did in an adjacent 60cm deep pit
