Instability Comment

Skiiing steep terrain triggered consistent minor sluffing within the new snow. The new snow was resting on a hard surface, making steep skinning traverses challenging, but the sluffs we saw while skiing were only gouging 3 - 5 inches deep, running far but not entraining a lot of volume.

There was some evidence of some minor green house activity beginning when we exiting at 2 pm

Snow depth & density varied greatly by elevation, ~ 5 inches at the bottom of the skiable terrain and 14 in near the ridgeline. No evidence of wind scouring, slabs or deposits
