Winds were blowing the past few days but we did not ski any terrain that offered an oppertunity to take a look at slab formation. Thick snow on W aspects, getting baked.

- <p>We found the facets, but they were way less reactive than I'd expect. Dug three pits on NW aspects @ 9,000, All 165cm-170cm HS, all ECTX. Unreactive and hard to make fail. Interesting. As Staples mentioned, it's harder to trigger after 5'-7' of snow but not impossible. Very Colorado in April situation. </p>
