Quick report
The name of the game is aspect! Snow conditions varied significantly. On solar aspects, we observed a 5 cm thick sun crust. Ridges were wind-scoured, with wind-loaded pockets in lee areas, while more northerly, shaded aspects held pockets of cold, dry, pow. We observed evidence of wet loose activity on all solar aspects. By around 10 AM, trees were shedding and roller balls were rolling. Aside from the wet loose activity, we did not observe any other signs of instability.

Sunny and warm morning. Moderate Easterly winds throughout the morning, transitioning to more Northerly by the afternoon.
Snowpack
We dug a pit atop Jumbo Couloir, where total snow depth exceeded 300 cm. Our pit was 100 cm deep and did not reveal the 3/6 melt-freeze crust—or any crusts—within the upper snowpack. We identified a ~10 cm thick 1F-hard layer just beneath the surface; otherwise, the snowpack had a strong structure.
ECT results showed no propagation.
Snow in the north-facing couloir remained cold, light, and blower. Solar aspects had a 5cm sun crust.
