Quick report
New snow ranged from trace at the South Lake trailhead to ~8 inches on leeward aspects in the alpine. New snow was surprisingly non-reactive, despite sitting on a very firm bed surface. I intentionally avoided anything steep or leeward however. Ski quality was good to very good. Wind was moving things around, but it was calmer than expected given the forecast. Saw a couple roller balls starting from E/SE facing start zones.
