- <p>I did not see it happen, but saw the debris around 1 PM. It looked like it began with snow falling from the cliff band. There were skier tracks to the viewer's right so it's possible they kicked off a cornice or two. It began on the sub peak a hundred yards or so to the north of peak 9776 (at the point where BCC, Porter Fork and Neff Canyon converge.) E maybe SE aspect, best I could tell from a mile away.</p>
