The natural wet avalanche hit and buried the popular River Trail and flowed into the Logan River Below. I'm not sure when this ran, whether it was midday or overnight, but I'm glad nobody walking their dog or going for a jog was involved.
I visited the site on 2-16-16 and was impressed that the avalanche overran the river trail and continued down into the Logan River.
