Quick report
Toured up E/SE aspect to ~6700', skied NE and S/SE aspects. HS 249cm in flat meadow at ~5500' HS 285cm on 7 degree NE slope at 5800' NE aspects: transitioned from wind-whipped powder -> good quality pow -> hot pow while dumping elevation. No signs of instability observed. S/SE aspects: spring conditions by late morning, transitioning to very soft mashed potatoes by early afternoon. A few rollerballs observed, as well as a few instances of the top 3-5" of snow breaking free/sliding easily under the weight of skis during ascent on 35 degree slope.
