Quick report

I thought I was early enough but at around 9:30 am, the snow was quite soft. That’s when I descended. Mostly good “creamy” skiing until it became mostly survival avoiding the debris down load. Ice was also starting to shed from the S facing walls right below the choke.

Lots of wet loose avalanche debris. Also a few crowns on multiple aspects ranging from 6-18”. The apron of the SE couloir was covered in debris almost to the trees down low. See photos
