- <p>We did see one natural avalanche break loose up high in a chute on the north side of Reids which was the result of heavy snowfall and wind loading. </p>

- <p>High winds and heavy snow fall loading all of the N to NE aspects.</p>
Elevations lower than about 9.5k it was "dust on crust" (6-8") which made riding a bit more challenging. Higher elevations in the trees harbored deeper snow on top of a firm (baked) layer of snow. Unfortunately we wasn't able to dig a pit and get more data on the pack.
