<p>Heard whumpfing when side hilling on a smaller slope at start of the day, got off all open slopes and spent the day in mellow sloped treed areas. Small slides easily triggered by side hilling on the trail down. Snowpack seemed very unstable. </p>

30cm + of new snow, or significant drifting, or rain in the last 48 hours.

Whumpfing or drum-like sounds or shooting cracks.

Crusty, Deep powder, Wind affected.
