Log Cabin (Sunday)
Storm snow is well settled compared to Saturday. Boot penetration was about 20cm on average. All ski tracks from the previous day have almost completely disappeared from top to bottom. The snow has been significantly wind affected in most areas and now has a fragile 5cm wind crust on the surface. 30km/h+ winds most of the day from the SW shifting to S mid-afternoon. Lots of drifting snow. Skiing at the treeline was still surprisingly good and a few isolated pockets of 40cm+ powder could still be found. The North facing bowl had 2 very recent slides. A smaller on the East side (<50m wide?) and a larger on the West side (100m wide?). Those are highlighted, but not super visible on the crappy cellphone pic attached. I would guess the crown was about 30-40cm deep.
