Freezing Fog/Rain in Kootenay Pass

Went for a walk for the first time in Kootenay Pass. Progressively more wind (from the west) and worse visibility the higher on Cornice Ridge we got, turned around at 2370m due to low visibility and unfamiliarity with the terrain. No signs of instability and lots of other parties out. Windslab was 10-15cm thick at 2370m on the ridge.
