Mount Murchison - Cosmic Messenger Area

At base of the route, Cosmic Messenger, a member of the group went to search for a dropped ice axe and while probing around they released a shallow wind slab with a width of about 3m and a couple of inches in depth ran for about a 100m in length. No injuries incurred and the ice axe was retrieved.
