Hidden benches

Skied mellow slopes around hidden benches (pit was dug here), corral 3, and below treeline on Richardson ridge. Some good turns were had but it was mostly safety skiing as lots of rocks are still lurking just beneath the surface of the new snow. Heard one whumpf on the ridge of corral 3.

Snowpack was 65cm. About 35cm of new snow sitting on top of a wind slab which was approx 5cm thick. The crust complex at the bottom of the snowpack was 13cm thick with faceting noticeable. Column test results showed CTH 21 down 35cm on the wind slab.
