Numerous avalanches were observed in Jordan Canyon. Pretty much the entire north through east facing slopes in the canyon avalanched in different sections. The largest is in the upper bowl which measures 1 mile wide!! Timing on all these could have been at the same time or different slides may have released at different periods. The two periods we've seen were a natural cycle on Feb 17 and another on Feb 21 and 22.
