Quick report

Cracking
isolated

Overall stability was good for most of the day. The new snow isn’t bonding to the absolute bulletproof ice underneath which combined with the wind loading lead to some isolated problems.

Triggered a small slide while skiing the E aspect off the top of mt blackmore. A few smaller natural point releases were visible on the face probably from this most recent snow storm. The crown on the slope I triggered was small. Probably under a foot deep and propagated maybe 50 feet. Not sure how long it ran but see the attached photo to get a better idea. No one was caught or injured
