Quick report
Actually felt like March as spring rapidly approaches. Melt freeze crust from last several days exists on southerly aspects up to ~9500' with crust on easterlies up to ~9000'. Northerly aspects were still preserved. Did not observe any wet loose activity by 14:00 on south aspects in upper elevations, even in steep rocky terrain towards Rendezvous Peak. Hard freeze last night was apparent with the stout melt freeze crust. Melt freeze crust started to warm in the middle elevations by 13:00. Saw signs of wind loaded terrain in very exposed areas in the higher peaks. Saw a couple suspicious wind slabs below 10k but did not investigate due to exposure. Wind slabs are likely growing more stubborn with cold nights and warm days. Light and variable winds and no cloud cover at all.
