Quick report

No other signs of instability were noticed throughout the day where we were riding. New snow was two feet plus. Temps were below freezing, broken to mostly overcast skies all day, with light winds.

Avalanche

Avalanche occurred on a north aspect, near the pass. The avalanche occurred on a convex role on top of rocks. The slide was remote triggered below the bottom of the slide path. Nobody in our group was near it. The width was around 100 ft. And the depth was around 3 ft. at its highest.
