Visually IDed pockets of suspect wind slab. No natural avalanche activity observed. No reactive pockets found. Small to moderate size cornices on some features, but cornices were easy to simply avoid with route finding. Mild surface cracking on isolated pockets. Exposed Alp was wind hammered, but as soon as terrain or trees provided shelter, ski quality was quite good.

Snowfall was S-1 beginning at 1030h, increasing to S1 near obs time. This was sooner than expected.
