We did not travel above 7800' today. We noticed some wind-transported snow along ridgelines and cross-loaded features. Fresh cornices were starting to form on the northerly facing ridgelines. There was some minor cracking around our skis. We saw no new avalanches, but visibility was limited due to the weather.

Moderate snowfall this morning, decreasing throughout the afternoon. Gusty winds from the South, West, and even the North later in the day. Gusts into the mid 30's. Sustained winds were light. Temperature at 7500' midday was 32°F.
