Snowpack of 90 cm, southeast aspect, partly sunny, 2˚C, elevation of 4690 feet, on a 22˚ slope angle. No distinct layers could be easily observed in the column, but there was a sugary interface that caused a 30cm chunk to break, with 7 taps from the elbow. There was some collapsing with taps from the wrist. A 30cm chunk broke loose with 7 taps from the elbow from a sugary interface on the remaining 60cm base.

Pleasantly deep and filled in early season snowpack. About 60cm of firm on 30cm of new, which seemed to come in with a lot of wind.
