Quick report

Some storm slab instability remained in the upper snowpack at elevations above 4k as usual so close to a storm. Some evidence of wind transport but minimal as stayed away from ridge. Dug a quick pit for curiosty sake at 4800' N aspect and found 37cm of dry storm snow making a total snowpack depth of 284cm! Completed two isolated columns tests confirming a slight weakness around 17cm down. Couldn't get the interface at the crust 37cm down to budge and no sugary snow or facets apparent.
