Quick report
Overall stability in low angle protected (tree) terrain was good. Evidence of wind transferred snow was apparent and the top layer started to get more cohesive as the day went on. Snow was very slow, despite how cold/dry it was.
Avalanche
Old small avalanche from yesterday. Top layer (~4-6" sheared in a ski path, but did not travel far (5-10ft) and turned into more of a dry/loose avalanche. Start zone was on a steeper slope, and was very small, no bigger than 5ft across. A similar avalanche was created by one in our party today
