Quick report
Toured up Lichtenberg Sunday, no signs of instability noted. Dry powder and fantastic conditions below 5100ft, above which we noticed a thin crust. It snowed lightly for part of the day dropping another couple inches of light snow. Saw some wind affected snow a few hundred feet below the summit on open, steep slopes. Performed a hand pit at 5400ft on a SW slope that yielded a block around 12 inches deep cleanly separating on some interface, but determined that snow was well bonded and non-reactive.
