Quick Observation

We were planning to do the Jupiter traverse, but turn around on Castor due to high wind. Skied back down and notice multiple serac junks below Jupiter (NE glacier) and the fresh “track”. We heard loud noise at around 10:45am while skinning up, so I suspect that was the cause. It didn’t tricker any avalanche. The furthest debris went down almost 1km, sometime “airing” snow features up to 6-8m. The biggest junks were the size of a big fridge.
