Thin freezing rain(?) crust felt between 1900 and 2100m on N aspects while ascending Balu pass and descending north bowl. Down anywhere from 20cm to 0cm where S-SW winds overnight scoured HN. These winds also developed soft slab in cross loaded features such as the north bowl exits and STS from the usual down flow towards the head of the valley.
