Toby Creek Snowboard

Conditions were good on the cutblock across from panorama. Snow depth anywhere from 100-120cm at 1450m. The snow was surprisingly stable, only a minor risk with the top 26cm from this last week.

We dug a snowpit at the top of our line, our column was about 110cm deep and after about 8 taps 25 cm down there was a slight fracture, and by about 20 hits it had broke. The other 90cm below that was really stable and survived all 30 hits.
