Profile pit dug on NW aspect at 6300’. Height of snow 68cm (~2ft). Early December rain crust, 0.5 inch thick crust, down 1ft. Got 2 Moderate CT scores(CT 14 and CT 18), irregular break Q3, both in the top 1ft but above rain crust. In the areas we observed for right now, snowpack is bonding well to early Dec. rain crust.

Calm to light winds. Sun warming surface on southerly aspects.
Snowpack
Snowpack heighs vary from 0 ft at 3000' to ~2.5 ft at 6300'.
At 5400' snowpack is 1 - 1.5 ft deep and is moist, near 0C (32F) throughout.
At 6300' at ridgetop signs of previous wind drifting on Northerly aspects. Thin Rimed surface crust.
