Skinning out of virgin Creek after skiing the south side of Max’s, we experienced multiple collapses spread from the valley to the Ridgetop. With the uniformity on the west face, we were surprised to find a distinct snowpack in Virgin Creek. There was low density snow underneath a crust with the new snow on top.
Avalanche
There were multiple small natural avalanches in the lower bowl between big league and Little League.
