Found some low angle NE slopes off Steam Mill Peak east ridge. Continuous collapsing all the way to the ridge. Dug a quick pit around 8,000. Didn't get any notable results on ECT but just dragging the blunt end of my saw across the weak layer I got it to fail and propagate through the overlying slab. Skiing was just ok as we punched through the crust.
