Quick report
Moving north from Finley mine road this morning I observed large wind deposits on leeward north facing slopes as well as cornice formation along higher north facing ridgelines. Stomp testing a couple test slopes showed no reactivity. Weather today is very windy, recorded sustained winds at 22 mph and gusts up to 35 out of the southwest. Skies were mostly overcast with some lenticular cloud formations beginning to stack up ahead of the incoming storm. Temps in the upper 30s and 40s through the day.
