Quick report
We stayed below treeline along Old Mammoth Rd on the way to Panorama Dome. The skinning was slow and waist deep. Much like Clancy, we skinned down our uptrack so as not to get stuck in deep snow on low angle terrain. We found weak layers at 70cm (ECTPV) and 30cm (CT3, PC). 110cm + new snow falling. It's deep. Noticeable settling of the snowpack. As we walked, cracks formed as the snowpack settled around us. Possibly heavier snow over lighter snow as we moved through.
