Quick report

All about aspect today.  6" to 2 ft of new snow depending on aspect and terrain.  We toured up from the pass, looking for recent avalanches and any signs of instability.  Breakable crust was abundant on most aspects except due North slopes that have been protected by the mid April sun.. Higher elevation the better. No signs of recent surface instability but in the coming days Wet Loose point releases are expected as it will heat up.  We are done forecasting for the year but continuing to go for walks in the mtns and will be posting observations until the end of April.
