We were a bit late to the parking lot, and there were 20+ cars by 9am and dumping snow. We toured up the typical route to grizzly shoulder and did not notice any recent natural activity. Ride quality was excellent and getting better throughout the day. Weather was stormy and temps felt warm around freezing. The new storm snow varied from 20-45cm and was completely non-cohesive below and near treeline. We did dig a pit around 1800m on a SE slope. We noted 35cm of new storm snow on top of a 1cm sun crust.
