Sunshine Meadows

Good freeze with easy travel conditions. Some skate skiers made it to citadel pass. It started out sunny then clouded over at 1130. We skied the east aspect off of quartz hill but it was not quite soft at 1130. Found some good corn skiing on mellow south facing slopes above howard douglas lake. The snow was very supportive and the skinning was fast and easy back to the resort at 230. Some afternoon snow showers.
